"We had a cooking class for Balinese food with our German speaking guide at Taman Usada Bali. We first visited the garden to see all the plants and herbs that we are going to use for cooking and then had a cooking class with the chef cook and we got assisted of the cooking trainees. It was an overall very good experience with very nice people and we learned a lot about Balinese Cooking and the spirit of all the ingredients"

"My fiancé and I had a truly unforgettable time here! The accommodation is unique, the grounds are spacious and beautifully landscaped. There's so much to see and explore. The food was always delicious, and every time we had fresh fruit from the garden for dessert.
 
What made our stay even more special, however, were the people we met during our time here. Their openness and warmth impressed and touched us deeply. Not only were we warmly welcomed and cared for in every way, but we were also able to spend a very special evening with them and the village community in the temple. Being able to experience Balinese culture so closely and authentically was truly special for us.

"The most beautiful and authentic experience I've had in Bali.
 
The day begins with a visit to a few homes belonging to a large Balinese family. We are offered a delicious hibiscus tea upon arrival. Then, we head to their Garden of Eden to discover their medicinal plants. The day is just beginning and we are immediately immersed in Balinese culture. On the agenda: learning the Balinese alphabet alongside Wayan, seeing how to plow the land and plant rice, learning how to make coconut oil, cooking typical Indonesian dishes (banana fritters 🍌 a real KILLER!!!), learning how to make offerings... In short, a day of total immersion, a pure moment of happiness spent alongside the Balinese people who live in this dream place!! They are so kind, warm, and always smiling. I left with stars in my eyes and memories in my head 

I recommend this place without hesitation and will definitely not hesitate to repeat the experience if I return"
